Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your CloudiKids account at any time through the CloudiKids app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the CloudiKids app and sign in to your account.

2. Go to Account Settings.

3. Select Delete Account.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and confirm the deletion.

You may be asked to enter a verification code sent to your registered email address before your account can be deleted.

What happens when you delete your account?

Deleting your CloudiKids account is permanent. Once your account is deleted:

• You will no longer be able to sign in to your CloudiKids account.

• Your remaining Cloudi Coins and unused account benefits will be lost.

• Your profiles, characters, saved content, preferences, and other account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

• Deleted information cannot be restored after the deletion process is completed.

Before deleting your account, please make sure you have removed any CloudiKids devices linked to your account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your CloudiKids account may not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play.

If you have an active subscription, please cancel it through the platform where you purchased it before deleting your CloudiKids account to avoid future charges.
