Subscriptions
CloudiKids subscriptions may be available with monthly or annual billing. Annual subscriptions are charged as one upfront payment for the full subscription term, while included Cloudi Coins and other monthly benefits are provided each month during the subscription period.

Monthly Benefits
Subscription benefits are credited at the beginning of each monthly benefit period.

Cloudi Coins
Cloudi Coins can be used for eligible CloudiKids content and features. The number of coins required will be displayed before you confirm an eligible transaction.
Cloudi Coins are deducted only after the applicable content has been successfully generated or saved. If a transaction fails because of a verified technical error, any coins deducted for that transaction will be restored automatically or promptly.
Cloudi Coins, and promotional benefits have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.

Purchases are subject to the refund policies of the app store or payment platform through which the purchase was made.
Consumed Cloudi Coins are generally non-refundable, except in cases involving failed transactions, service errors, or where otherwise required by applicable app-store app-store or payment-platform policy or applicable law.
Payment Failures
If a subscription payment cannot be completed, the applicable app store may provide a payment grace period. If payment remains unsuccessful after that period, access to certain premium content creation features may be suspended until payment is successfully completed.
Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Your final price, billing currency, and applicable taxes are determined by the app store and may vary depending on your region.
CloudiKids may change future subscription prices, plan benefits, or Cloudi Coin costs with advance notice as required by applicable law or the applicable app store’s rules. Changes will not reduce benefits already purchased for your current paid subscription term.
